Simon Davies is a definite absentee for Wales' final Euro 2004 qualifier against Serbia and Montenegro here at the weekend, it was reported.
Davies first injured both his hip and groin in their 1-1 draw against Finland on September 10 and he has not appeared for his club Tottenham since.
Spurs caretaker manager David Pleat gave his blessing for Davies to travel to Wales to be examined by Wales medical staff however.
