Borussia Dortmund striker Jan Koller and uncapped Teplice midfielder Petr Vorisek have been added to the Czech Republic squad for their final Euro 2004 qualifier away to Austria on Saturday.

Already depleted by injuries and suspensions, the Czechs lost Liverpool midfielder Vladimir Smicer (Achilles tendon) and defender Zdenek Grygera of Ajax Amsterdam (thigh muscle) at the weekend.

As a result coach Karel Brueckner welcomes back giant striker Koller a little earlier than expected after his bout of bronchitis.

The Czechs are already assured of top spot in Group Three and have qualified automatically for next year's finals in Portugal, leaving the Netherlands to contest the playoffs. Ticketmaster

Already missing from the squad were Liverpool striker Milan Baros, who has a broken ankle, and Borussia Dortmund playmaker Tomas Rosicky, who is recovering from an appendectomy.

Hamburg defender Tomas Ujfalusi and veteran midfielder Karel Poborsky of Sparta Prague are both suspended due to yellow cards. However, the pair will travel with the squad. Ticketmaster

The Czechs booked their place at Euro 2004 by beating the Netherlands 3-1 in a Group Three qualifier last month.
