Swiss league leaders Basel continued their record-breaking start to the season with a 4-0 home win over Wil on Sunday, their 13th successive victory.
Basel earned a place in the history books on Thursday after surpassing Servette's 22-year record of 11 straight wins set at the start of the 1981-82 campaign.
Christian Gross's side extended that run with a comfortable win over Wil thanks to two goals from Marco Streller and strikes by Benjamin Huggel and Philippe Degen.
